FIVE STAR SERVICE! Gertrude was absolutely AMAZING! I couldn't have wished for a better agent! I have lived in America, Germany, Sweden, and Denmark, and it is safe to say that Gertrude went far and beyond with what I expect a housing agent to do. In fact, Gertrude was almost more of a relocation agent. Not only did she find me the best fit apartment, she offered concerns on places that she felt were not a safe choice, showed me around my neighbourhood of interest, was flexible with meeting times, provided numerous must-know tips of living in HK, and assisted in securing and setting-up some basic furniture prior to my move in. And, of course, Gertrude was SUPER friendly - absolutely an awesome person. Even after the contract was signed, Gertrude checked in with me multiple times to be sure all was well. I am certain I have missed a few compliments here. I will most definitely return to OKAY for my next flat search, and will request and insist that Gertrude be my guide.

My wife and I relocated to Hong Kong in 2016 from the Cayman Islands. She kept in touch during our first month to ensure all was well and was full of useful advice. I can't recommend her highly enough. When I first discover that we were supposed to go back to HK in 2022, I started to look online for a new home.Considering that I had a new born was quite stressful to even figure out how to do apartment hunting. I started my first conversation with Sonam via WhatsApp while I was still in Italy, she understood my needs and reassure me that we would have plenty of choices for viewings once I arrived in HK. The good part is that we had this conversations via WhatsApp even if I was far away, most of the other agents didn’t want to even communicate with me so much as I was not in Hong Kong yet! We kept in touch exchanging messages till we first met in February. She showed me around and she was extremely kind and patient as I had my baby with me at all times during viewings.
